EasyGo:

Turning a design course project into a real app

2026 update!

EasyGo started as 1 week long project the User Experience Design Immersive bootcamp I attended back in 2019. The initial project was meant to set foundations for doing research with deliverables such as a story board and user journey map, ending with sketches of screens, which were used as paper prototypes. I have all the original research and will be updating into more digestible and presentable deliverables. Not only so I can display them on my portfolio with confidence, but because I will be using it as part of the next steps! Segue into..

I have completed the first iteration of my designs in Figma. A very basic prototype can be viewed here:

My next steps are to take all the contextual documents, along with the screens designed in Figma, and create a working prototype. I will likely add a 3rd party framework such as React or Vue, and then focus on testing and reiterating. From there, I’m hoping I can get this hosted and up and running, for real!

EasyGo Redesign 2026

With the first iteration of the screens done, I have begun adding context in form of different docs that I can feed into Claude. This includes a project outline of PM deliverables. This also includes an improved research doc based on the user interviews, as well as a new research report. I have also started a design system for EasyGo. The beginning documentation of the design system, along with the Project Outline can be found below as part of my github.

Stay tuned! I will slowly start adding more updates here, and on my blog.

I don't really know what to put in a footer for a portfolio
